“TROUBLED” TEEN INDUSTRY cases
We represent survivors of abuse in so-called “troubled teen” programs, including residential treatment centers, therapeutic boarding schools, wilderness programs, and boot camps. These cases involve serious and lasting harm and ongoing efforts to hold these institutions accountable.

DR. DERRICK TODD SEXUAL ASSAULT cases
We represent patients of Dr. Derrick Todd, a former physician at Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital, who allegedly performed medically unnecessary breast and pelvic exams over many years. These cases focus on accountability, patient trust, and institutional responsibility.

FERTILITY INDUSTRY cases
We represent individuals and families impacted by misconduct within the fertility industry. Our work addresses concerns around unproven treatment add-ons, lack of transparency, and the misrepresentation of risks, benefits, and scientific support.

RIDESHARE cases
We are actively investigating cases involving rideshare drivers, including incidents of sexual assault and misconduct. These matters raise critical questions about passenger safety and corporate responsibility.

SCHOOL, BOARDING SCHOOL, COLLEGE AND UNIVERSITY cases
We represent students and families affected by misconduct in educational settings, including abuse, neglect, Title IX violations, breach of contract, and wrongful death. These cases often reflect broader institutional failures.

Trafficking and Religious Exploitation cases
We represent survivors of trafficking and religious exploitation in cases involving coercion, control, and systemic harm. Our approach centers on accountability, dignity, and long-term impact.
