Keith Smith, esq.

Attorney Keith Smith joins Justice Law Collaborative from Ketterer, Browne & Associates (KBA) where he grew his experience and knowledge of mass torts, specifically working on hernia mesh, transvaginal mesh (TVM), Ozempic, and Suboxone litigation.

Prior to joining KBA, Keith worked for two prominent nationwide law firms, practicing in both state and federal court, on the firms’ Camp Lejeune, Elmiron, Essure, and pelvic mesh dockets.

He also completed a year-long stint as an associate with Yaeger Law, founded by JLC partner Laura Yaeger. Smith has years of experience managing cases from marketing/intake through medical review and into settlement.

He is a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and since 2014, has been an active member of the American Association for Justice (AAJ).
