PRACTICE AREAS

At Justice Law Collaborative, our practice areas reflect who we are and what we stand for.

We are trial lawyers and advocates committed to holding powerful institutions accountable and guiding individuals and families through some of life’s most difficult moments.

Our work is grounded in a trauma-informed, client-first approach. We recognize the human story behind every case and bring both compassion and strategic advocacy to matters involving abuse, negligence, wrongful death, and complex fertility and reproductive law.

We focus on high-stakes cases involving institutional failure, systemic wrongdoing, and emerging areas of law. Our goal is not only to seek justice for our clients but to help drive accountability and prevent harm in the future.

Below is an overview of our core practice areas and how we can support you.

Our Trauma-Informed Approach

At Justice Law Collaborative, we take a trauma-informed approach to every case. This means we focus not only on legal outcomes, but also on how our clients experience the process.

Our work is guided by five core principles:

  • Safety
  • Trustworthiness
  • Choice
  • Collaboration
  • Empowerment

We understand that trauma can affect how someone communicates, makes decisions, and navigates the legal system. We take that into account in everything we do, from how we communicate to how we build case strategy.

Our support often goes beyond the courtroom. In addition to handling litigation and settlement negotiations, we help connect clients with therapists, assist with administrative processes, and communicate with law enforcement when needed.

Our goal is simple: to provide strong legal advocacy while making sure our clients feel respected, supported, and in control every step of the way.
