Susan’s energy is dedicated to advancing the position, equity, and opportunity for women. As a Women's Empowerment Coach, Susan exposes gender bias while deconstructing socially constructed gender-based barriers, faith-based ideologies, and patriarchal models of power. This involves calling out the systems, structures, and patterns that perpetuate gender bias and the sidelining of women, clearing a way for women to take up space. Susan helps women shed labels, set boundaries, deconstruct internalized belief systems, own their voice, and explore patterns of behavior so that they can come back to their authentic self.
