Laura Yaeger, Esq.
Partner
Attorney Yaeger started Yaeger Law in 2017 with a vision to deliver justice and accountability to those injured or harmed while providing the best client experience at every stage of the litigation. She joined Justice Law Collaborative (JLC) in January 2025 as a partner, when Yaeger Law and JLC announced their official merger.
Throughout her legal career, Laura has fiercely advocated for thousands of individuals in multiple mass torts cases, including Paragard, Fen-Phen, Biomet Hip, Stryker Rejuvenate Hip, Transvaginal Mesh, Essure, Risperdal/Invega, GranuFlo, Tylenol and Infuse. Her legal talents have led to consistent appointments to leadership positions in mass torts litigation along with a slew of honors and recognition from legal industry organizations. While advocating for justice on behalf of her clients, Laura also architected and founded her law practice, which uniquely leveraged state-of-the-art technology, creating a highly efficient and productive office. Her investment in technology, the development of protocols, and the consistent review of key performance indicators increased the productivity and proficiency of her team.
Laura is well known as a connector, a strong communicator, and a natural leader. She is a past chair of AAJ’s Women’s Lawyer Caucus; co-founder and past chair of the AAJ’s LGBT Caucus and in July 2024, she announced an active campaign to become the next AAJ Parliamentarian. She is a graduate of AAJ’s Leadership Academy, a member of several AAJ Committees and Litigation Groups, and an active member of the Florida Association of Justice.
Like the co-founders of Justice Law Collaborative, Laura has been honored with several awards including the AAJ Harry Philo Award (2021) for her outstanding contributions to the civil justice system.
